dasg Supports $81M JSAM-RW Contract Award as Technical Lead

dasg led the technical volume that secured an $81M federal contract for JSAM-RW aircrew masks, supporting Avox Systems’ winning proposal.

In a milestone achievement, dasg (Defense Acquisition Solutions Group) played a key role in supporting the award of the Joint Service Aircrew Mask – Rotary Wing (JSAM-RW) production contract to Avox Systems of Lancaster, New York.

Valued at over $81 million, this multi-year defense contract involves the full-rate production of the Mask Protective Unit-5 (MPU5), a critical component in enhancing aircrew protection and operational readiness.

Serving as the principal architect and technical lead, dasg was responsible for the planning, development, and submission of the technical volume of the proposal — a pivotal contribution that helped secure the successful award of this highly competitive federal contract.

“This award represents not just a win for our client, but also a validation of dasg’s deep expertise in acquisition strategy, technical proposal writing, and federal defense procurement support,” said a dasg spokesperson.

This project exemplifies dasg’s continued mission to support government contractors through compliant, strategic, and technically sound acquisition processes.
